Hockey Learn to Play
Lake Monsters is back for the Spring season! Build confidence, speed, and stronger game sense. Our program prepares your player for cross‑ice or full‑ice action in the 2026–2027 season.
All players must obtain either a learn to skate USA membership or a USA hockey membership. Please provide your child's learn to skate USA or USA hockey number during the registration process. If you need to obtain a membership, Please visit the links below before registering before our program:

Spring Lake Monsters 2026
Participants will enhance their hockey-playing abilities by acquiring skills such as forward and backward crossovers, hockey stops, and inside and outside edge work, among others. We will also introduce fundamental power skating concepts, and as individuals make progress.
Prerequisite: Hockey Learn To Skate or comparable class. Skaters should be capable of forward and backward skating, stopping, and gliding on one foot.
Ages 4+ - Open to age brackets:
6U, 8U, and 10U
Our Spring session runs for 6 weeks.

Time: 5:45pm - 6:45pm
Cost: $75
If your child requires any hockey equipment for the sessions, please don't worry! LESA is offering rental equipment for the session for FREE! Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to be fitted for gear.
