LESA Director of Adult League & Disciplinary Coordinator
We are pleased to introduce Kyler Speice as the Director of Adult League Hockey for the Lake Erie Sports Alliance. In this key leadership role, Kyler will oversee the coordination, structure, and overall integrity of the adult hockey league operating under LESA’s USA Hockey charter. His work will be instrumental in building a more consistent, transparent, and rewarding experience for adult league participants throughout the region.
Kyler serves as the primary liaison between players, captains, referees, and LECOM Sports Park management. He is responsible for guiding league administration, monitoring USA Hockey compliance, organizing the Adult League Commission, and promoting fair play and strong communication. With a focus on operational excellence, Kyler will help shape scheduling logistics, rulebook development, and game-day oversight to ensure the league runs efficiently and equitably.
